It’s the season to spread the cheer, be it among your loved ones, your own self or those who are less privileged. With Christmas, happiness is in the air. Apart from wishing people good health, bliss and Merry Christmas, this is also the time to give gifts to those we care about.

India Forums got in touch with Shakti Arora and Ashi Singh and asked them their thoughts on the festival of Christmas.

Shakti Arora who plays the role of Arjun in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya shares, "December is my favourite month and I wait almost half of the year for this month because of Christmas. This year would be special because my sister is travelling to India after 6 years from the U.S. along with her family. So this year, I would be celebrating it with my niece and nephew. We have planned to get the biggest pine tree and decorate it with snow spray, fairy lights, stars and bells. It would be a nice get-together time with family and friends. We will go shopping to buy presents and after the day out we will spend some quality time at a fine dine restaurant. During the time of Christmas, the city is fully decorated and there is a positive vibe. I hope everyone has a good year ahead of them and their year ends well. Merry Christmas!"

Ashi Singh, who plays the role of Meet Hooda in Zee TV’s Meet mentioned, “As a child, I used to believe in Santa, and I would usually keep socks under my pillow, expecting him to come and leave gifts for me. Nevertheless, my parents used to fulfill that wish for me by filling it with chocolates and toys. Every Christmas, I try taking out some time to meet my friends and visit a church. This is my plan for this year as well. During Christmas, it’s a very positive vibe all around, with all the lighting and Christmas carols. I ensure to spend some quality time with my family by taking them out for lunch or dinner. I believe it is a festival of joy, and everyone should enjoy it with their dear ones.”

Team India Forums would like to wish all the readers a very Merry Christmas!
