Shahid Kapoor's Batti Gul Meter Chalu has been in news since the announcement for various reasons. After welcoming their second bundle of joy Zain Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor made their first appearance at the 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' private screening on September 19.

The couple looked radiant as they twinned in black looked much in love and were seen walking hand-in-hand towards the theatre. The duo was also accompanied by Shahid's mother Neelima Azmi, who was seen decked up in Indian attire. Yami Gautam and Shraddha Kapoor were amongst the others seen in attendance.
