Shahid Kapoor reveals why he didn't attend Ex Gf Kareena Kapoor's Wedding

Shahid Kapoor recently graced Neha Dhupia's chat show and there he revealed why he didn't attend his then ex-girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor's wedding.

During his interaction with Neha, Shahid shared that Priyanka, who got married to Nick Jonas last year, had invited him to the Mumbai reception. Followed by this, he was further asked about his other ex-girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor Khan and why he didn't attend her wedding in 2012 where she tied the knot with actor Saif Ali Khan.

To this Shahid revealed that the reason he didn't attend her wedding was because, he wasn't invited for it. He said, “About Kareena, I don’t remember, it was a while ago. I don’t think I was invited.”

Apart from his famous exes, Shahid also spoke about and revealed that he was offered Rang De Basanti and regrets not doing it. He said, “I regret not doing the film. They wanted me to play the role of Siddharth. I’d cried while reading the script and loved it, but unfortunately couldn’t make time for it,” He was also asked if he wished to undo a film. Admitting that it's Shandaar starring Alia Bhatt too, Shahid answered, “Even I was confused when I saw the film,”

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in Kabir Singh alongside Kiara Advani. The film is all set to hit the silver screens on June 21. In the movie, that narrates the story of a man who goes into a self-destructive path after his ex marries someone else, Shahid will be seen playing the role of an alcoholic surgeon.
