Shaheer Sheikh on playing Dev again, response to Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 3 and more

Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi Season 3 is all set to hit the screens soon and returning to the show will be the original lead Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes. Shaheer, recently got talking about the response so far, what he thinks sets the show apart, what made him take up the same character for the third time and more.

Shaheer got talking about the response to the first promo in an interview with SpotboyE and added that it has been really positive and he feels strange that even after 5 years since the earlier seasons got over, people have the same love for it and want to see more between Dev, Sonakshi, and Ishwari, which is what has him excited.

Ask him about what sets the show apart from the content on TV and he says that it is very real and different from other daily soaps that are there on television. He says that there is no black and white characters or a vamp or any murder mystery and their show focuses on making things real and relatable and this time too, that is what they will be doing.

Talking about what made him say yes to the same character for the third time, he says that the first two seasons which he did were shot and presented the way he was told and usually, in daily soaps, the story doesn't stay the same as was narrated. He added how looking at the TRPs changes the storyline but he was amazed at how everyone in the team followed what they had promised.

Ask him if there is another show he thinks he'd do a sequel for another of his shows, she says Kya Mast Hai Life, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, and Navya are all shows he has loved because of his characters and how they are all different from each other. If the second part of these shows comes in, he doesn't mind being a part of them.
