Shah Rukh Khan has ruled the Bollywood for three decades now, and Mannat symbolizes his hard work which sums up his efforts. While many dream of visiting the iconic bungalow, all they manage to get is selfies and pictures outside the gate.
Recently Shah Rukh got candid during an Ask Me Anything session on Twitter and the fans couldn’t stop themselves from asking him personal questions. Meanwhile, a fan was eager to know how much it would cost to rent a room in his bungalow Mannat.
The twitter user asked: “Sir mannat pe ek room rent pe chahiye , kitne ka padega? (Sir, I want to rent a room in Mannat. How much will it cost?) #AskSRK @iamsrk.”
To which the King of Bollywood had the best and the most candid reply.
Shah Rukh replied writing: “30 saal ki mehnat mein padega (It will take 30 years of hard work).”
The sea facing bungalow that stands tall at Bandra, Mumbai and is estimated to be worth approximately Rs 200 crore. In an earlier interview with Radio Mirchi, he revealed that it was the most expensive thing he owned.
