SRK is currently in Delhi, with his youngest son AbRam. He plans on taking his little son around Delhi and show him how the festival of lights, Diwali, is celebrated in the national capital. The actor reveals that he would love to spend the festival there, but he has a number of Diwali parties to attend back in Mumbai, and thus will have to rush back.

“I would love to spend Diwali here but there are a couple of parties back in Mumbai that we have to attend. That has become a culture. So, I have to rush back. However, I am here till Diwali, and I have got my little son AbRam here,” Koimoi quoted Shah Rukh as saying.

Further, the superstar reveals that he will take lil AbRam around and wants him to experience how the festival is celebrated in Delhi. “I will take him around and show him how Delhi celebrates the festival. I believe festivals like Diwali, Holi or Dussehra, are celebrated in the best manner in Delhi, and not anywhere else. Maybe it is my own thinking but yes, now that he is old enough, I want him to experience that,” added the superstar, who hails from Delhi.

King Khan attended the curtain fall of PVR Anupam. The theatre is very special for the actor as it had opened with the screening of Shah Rukh’s “Yes Boss” in 1997. While the PVR officials thanked the actor for joining the event, Khan joked about not shooting at the moment and added that his colleagues, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan have a very busy shooting schedule.

“These people are just being nice to me. They were thinking ‘which actor at this point is not working’. Ajay knew I did not have any shoot. He thought I have free time and thought that ‘only he can come because Aamir is busy, Salman is busy and Hrithik (Hrithik Roshan) is the busiest at this point in time’. So, he was like Shah Rukh is coming for mother-in-law's birthday, he would not say no,” the report added the actor as saying.

“Today I have come for a closing. Inshallah, I will also be coming for the opening of the theatre, the same cinema hall where I used to stand outside and wish that ‘ticket mil jaaye’,” Shah Rukh Khan said at the event.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has not featured in films ever since his last outing in December with Zero, which turned a dud on the box office. However, as per reports, the superstar will be announcing his upcoming projects on his birthday, on November 2.
