Shah Rukh Khan gifts a handwritten note to an Egyptian fan for helping Indian professor

Actor Shah Rukh Khan, who has been known for his grand gestures, kind and heartwarming actions and many such things, just proved the same yet again. An Economics professor in Egypt went on receive the kindest form of gesture from the superstar has gone viral on the internet as of now. 

Khan has now sent a signed picture alongside a handwritten appreciation note to his Egyptian fan, as well as his daughter and one for the professor’s daughter as well. Sharing the same, the professor from Ashoka University, Ashwini Deshpande tweeted, “A very happy ending to this story. 3 photos signed by SRK arrived today, one with the nicest message for the Egyptian travel agent, one for his daughter & one for mine @Ketaki_Varma.”

It all started when Ashwini shared a glimpse of her conversation with the travel agent and wrote, ‘Needed to transfer money to a travel agent in Egypt. Was having problems with the transfer. He said: you are from the country of @iamsrk. I trust you. I will make the booking, you pay me later. For anywhere else, I wouldn't do this. But anything for @iamsrk. And he did! #SRK is King (crown emoji).’

While it took only some time for the tweet to catch netizens’ attention, later Ashwini updated that she and her husband finally met the travel agent in Egypt and requested Khan for his signed picture saying, “My husband & I finally met the man in this story today! I told him about the tsunami of good cheer his story generated. @RedChilliesEnt: he would be delighted with a photo of @iamsrk, autographed in his daughter’s name if possible. Please DM me if this can be arranged, thanks!”
