Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has a legal development to deal with as of now when it comes to her legal matters. The actor has been on the radar of Enforcement Directorate in connection with the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case. Now, Fernandez has moved court seeking permission to travel abroad for work commitments. The actor has moved an application in the Delhi Court seeking a 15-day exemption to travel to Abu Dhabi for an award ceremony. Thereafter, she is expected to travel to France and Nepal for her work commitments.

There is an active Look Out Circular against her in connection with a Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh, which led to brief detention at Mumbai International Airport last year. Just recently, her assets worth Rs 7.27 crore were attached by the ED.
