Sara Ali Khan replaces Katrina Kaif in Varun Dhawan starrer ABCD 3?

You must be living under a rock if you aren't aware that Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif were expected to feature together in ABCD 3, a dance-based film directed by Remo D'Souza. However, the film hit a roadblock after Katrina opted to move out of the project due to other professional commitments. Since then, the makers have been looking for an actress who can step into Kat's shoes and Shraddha Kapoor is the front-runner.

However, we now hear that Sara Ali Khan, who has already impressed everyone with her act in Kedarnath and Simmba, is also being considered for the role.

With no official confirmation, a source told DNA, "With Shraddha on board, it would be a reunion of the ABCD 2 trio, along with Varun and Remo. They have an equation and that would help in their collaborating on another dance flick."

Further adding, "The other strong contender for the role is Sara Ali Khan. She has proved her acting chops in Kedarnath and has been appreciated in Simmbatoo. Signing her would also mean a fresh new onscreen pair. And Varun and Sara together are bound to generate tremendous buzz for this dance movie.

Well, we definitely agree that it would be a delight to watch Varun and Sara pair up on the silver screen.

Not to forget, Sara had revealed on Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan 6 that she want to be paired with Varun in a film. Now with Katrina stepping out from ABCD 3, it looks like Sara's dream might come true sooner than ever.
