Sara Ali Khan possesses a great many talents and unlike her other family members, she is known to be best at what she does. Apart from being intelligent and holding the ability to please her fans, Sara has kept her image as nothing but real. Fans have been admiring her honest and candid appearances and there’s no denying the daughter of Nawab is the most lively actress.
However, there's also a notorious side to her and it would definitely shock you!
Sara got candid during a recent conversation about a comedy group East India Comedy and she was asked how many script narrations she has heard to date. “Well, five worthy of remembering, because I am doing five films,” she laughed.
She also narrated an anecdote from the script narration and it will leave you amazed.
Sara explained how the script narration turned out to be tedious work and planned on faking a cardiac arrest in order to get out of there. She revealed, “There was this one time. I am not going to say much…because he said so much!”
The Kedarnath actress even called her mother Amrita Singh asking for a way out from the tiresome narration. She said, “I went to the restroom with my phone, three hours in, and I told my mom, ‘Look, I know that we are all professional and we should be thankful for these opportunities… But can I pretend to have a cardiac arrest? Is that allowed?’ She said no, so I asked, ‘Should I faint? Should I throw up? What do I do?’ She told me that I have to go back with professionalism and continue till the end.”
Sara followed mother Amrita’s suggestion and waited for the narration to end; which stretched for more than five hours!
“Anyway, five and a half hours later, I went back home and I told my mother, ‘I really hate you right now. I don’t want to talk, I don’t want to hear and I don’t want to do anything. I just want to sleep,’” Sara added.
On the work front, Sara’s recent release Love Aaj Kal hit the theaters last Friday and so far the film has been attracting the audience. Imtiaz Ali directorial features Kartik Aaryan in a double role, as well as Randeep Hooda and Arushi Sharma. However, the film received mixed reviews from critics and witnessed a sharp decline in its box office collection as well, after a bumper opening.
