Star Plus show Sanjivani 2 starring Surbhi Chandna and Namik Paul in lead roles, as we reported earlier, is soon going off air. The show was a reboot of the cult show Sanjivani and was hyped a lot initially due to the success of the original show, however, Sanjivani 2 failed to create the same magic on audience and now the makers have decided to pull the plug on the show.
Well, now that the channel is presenting a brand new show titled Dadi Amma Dadi Amma Maan Jao by Rajshri Productions, it is going through a time slot change. Sheen Dass starrer Dadi Amma.. will take on the 7:30 slot and hence Sanjivani 2 will be moved to the 6:30 PM slot. Producer of the show Siddharth P Malhotra confirmed the news saying the new time slot will change from 25th of January. He further said that they have completed the six month contract with the channel and now it’s extended to a new time slot.
Earlier, Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’s time slot also changed. The show replaced Namah at 7 PM slot.

Why this show not ending? They are simply butchering the show just to glorify 2 idiotic lead characters. I never watched Sanjeevani 1 but whoever watched it got their memories ruined due to shitty makers and writers of Sanjeevani 2. They destroyed Rahul-Juhi relation and did disgusting thing of pairing Shashank-Juhi as a romantic pair when they both were like siblings. They made Shashank having colourful character with several wives and girlfriends and kids popping out suddenly which actually started with DMG too where he was shown to marry another woman. Those who are not understanding this how will they feel if their show gets sequel more than a decade later and not only their favourite pair separated but also one of the leads paired with someone who was like sibling to him/her(eg. Imagine IPK 1 getting sequel 15-20 years later with Arnav made villain and Khushi paired with Akash or NK or Ishqbaaaz Real Universe getting sequel 15-20 years later with Shivaay turning villain and Anika paired with Omkara or Rudra).
