We have exclusively reported about Colors popular show Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat gearing up for a big Leap, for which makers have roped in Mohit Raina to play the main lead.

The latest we hear is that the channel has also approached Sanjeeda Shaikh to play the role of Kaurwaki.

Sanjeeda was last seen on Sony TV's Power Couple with her husband Aamir Ali Malik and her last fiction show was Ek Hasina Thi.

We tried contacting Sanjeeda but she didn't revert till the time of filing this story.

Mohit Raina and Sanjeeda definitely make a good pair. What say?

Mohit Raina back on screen ! Yeah . Can't wait to see him back on the screen again. So damn happy he is Ashoka .
Sanjeeda is nice but I don want she portraying Kaurwaki .-_- Hate the character already due to that idiotic little girl playing it . Does nothing but annoys . She made me hate Kaurwaki . I would love someone better so tha I can like the character . Reem ruined it -_- .
