Actor Sanjay Gagnani owes it to his show Kundali Bhagya and does confirm that this show has given him a lot that he expected.
To start with he was supposed to play a cameo in the show, but since his character Prithvi picked up and was liked by the audience, he was retained in the show and it has been 2 glorious years of this journey embarked and Sanjay is still strong, happy and content.
The actor flew down to Delhi for a day just to seek blessings at the famous Bangla Sahib Gurudwara in Delhi for the 500 episodes completion of his show.
“I have to admit that this show has given me much more than I could ask for. God has been kind and I truly believe that one should not remember God only during troubled times but also in our happiest days. It was this belief of mine which lead to the Gurudwara and I took a days’ off only to fly to Delhi for darshan and come back the same night”, he says
“The journey has been enthralling and people have started calling me from a villain to a villain-ero which is a mix of a hero and villain. It is an honour to be called so and on the auspicious day of Eid, we marked celebrations for the festival as well as completing 500 successful episodes”, he says
