Sana Amin Sheikh Talks About Her First Music Cover: 'Photo Punjabi Mashup'

Actress Sana Amin Sheikh who is quite a popular name in the entertainment industry with many popular shows like Gustakh Dil, Sasural Simar Ka, Tere Sheher Mein, Krishnadasi, Naamkarann and Nazar to her credit and was last seen in SAB TV’s Tera Kya Hoga Aalia. Well, Sana is not just a talented actor but also a gifted singer. Fans who follow her would know how much she is drawn towards music. 

Well, the actress has now finally fulfilled her dream of becoming a singer through a first ever cover, a Punjabi song mashup. We got in touch with the actress and speaking about her dream of becoming a singer and how did it happen to her, the actress shared, “I’ve always been interested in singing. I belong to a family where music has been an integral part since generations and most of us are trained in music. Not me though, I never got a chance to learn music but since music runs in my blood, I have ‘sur’ in me.”

Adding further she said, “I always wanted to do covers of Hindi songs and ghazals, but never recorded anything professionally as I was busy with my acting assignments, but now that I’m a bit free and since a friend (Sharjil Attarwala) came up with this idea of doing a Punjabi hit songs Mashup (unplugged), I decided to go with it. Let’s hope people like it.”
