Salman Khan receives threats via emails; Mumbai Police strengthens security

Bollywood star Salman Khan is currently gearing up for his upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He frequently makes headlines for his future movies, and right now, fans are eager to catch a glimpse of the star on the big screen. Well, according to a recent report, a few days ago, rumours circulated that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi had demanded the superstar apologise to the Bishnoi organisation or face the repercussions. Since Salman received threats via email, Mumbai Police has strengthened security outside Galaxy Apartment.

A report in ANI stated that the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star had received threats by email, and after that, Mumbai Police has strengthened the security outside his apartment. Furthermore, the Bandra Police filed a criminal conspiracy-related case under IPC sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34. After receiving threats via email, Mumbai Police increased security outside star Salman Khan's home. Bandra Police then filed a complaint under sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34 of the IPC. Gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar, and Rohit Garg were arrested by Mumbai Police earlier on Saturday for allegedly sending threatening emails to actor Salman Khan's office.

On the professional front, he will next be seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film is set to release on Eid this year. The movie's teaser, released on January 25, made fans go crazy over the chemistry between Pooja Hegde and Salman in the film. This movie also marks the Bollywood debut of Shehnaaz Gill.
