Saif Ali Khan states that he is in an exciting phase!

After Rangoon and Chef in 2017, Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Kaalakaandi in 2018 which did not make any wonders at the box-office. However, the actor is known for his work in those films and was appreciated for his choice of diverse roles.

Talking about it a source said to a leading daily, "Saif has often played diverse roles in his films, be it Omkara (2006), Chef (2017) or Kaalakaandi (2017). He makes it a point to push the envelope and test his limits as an actor. Saif is currently shooting in Rajasthan, but he also has to travel to and from Mumbai since he is dubbing for his web series. Some patchwork for his next project, Bazaar, is pending, too, so he has been shooting for that in Mumbai as well. But now, the promotions of his web series have started, so he also has a couple of magazines shoots lined up."

The source further said, "Sara (Saif's daughter with his ex-wife, actor Amrita Singh) is also gearing up to make her debut, and Saif has been keeping tabs on that, too."

While back to back shoot has also kept the actor busy. When Saif was asked about his schedule he said, "I'm shooting for Navdeep's film and then am going to immediately begin with the promotions of (the web show) Sacred Games. It has been a packed schedule, as I'm shooting for a lot of things simultaneously and literally hopping from one set to another. It's quite a challenge, but it's exhilarating in many ways. It's an exciting phase and everything's shaping up great."
