Sai Pallavi joins 'Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa: The Rule - Part 02'; set to play a tribal girl

It's anticipated that the sequel to Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa' would be even bigger and better than the first. Now, according to the most recent rumours spreading on social media, Sai Pallavi has joined Pushpa 2. She will reportedly play a significant part in the movie and will be a welcome addition to the group of A-listers.

Sai Pallavi is reportedly playing a chubby tribal girl and would shortly begin filming. She is anticipated to join the sets shortly and complete the shooting of her scenes because the movie is already moving along in the production process. According to reports, the actress gave the shoot a span of 10 days. However, an official statement from the producers on Sai Pallavi's involvement in Pushpa 2 is still anticipated.

The release of the first trailer for Pushpa 2 on April 8—Allu Arjun's birthday—is an intriguing development. Next month, a brief teaser for the movie is anticipated to be revealed. While the makers haven't made any official announcement yet.

Reports stated that the team is shooting quickly and has already finished the first schedule in Vizag. The villainous cop SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, played by Fahadh Faasil, also joined the set. If reports are to be believed,  the actor will begin filming for his parts on March 1.

It also stated that Pushpa Raj's story will come to an end in the sequel. Pushpa 2 will delve into his early life and interactions with his father and half-siblings. In this dramatic climax to the two-part series, Pushpa and Bhanwar Singh (Fahadh Faasil) will continue to argue.

For the unversed, the film is directed by Sukumar and will be released in 2023 or 2024. Since the creators have not yet disclosed the precise release date, there is no clarity in this area.
