Sai Ballal and Archana Mittal to join Shrenu Parikh and Akshay Mhatre’s next for & TV

We’ve been on the forefront in reporting updates about various upcoming shows on Indian Television. It has just been a while that we reported about actor Vishal Nayak bagging &TV’s new show.

As per reports, Akshay Mhatre and Shrenu Parikh have been roped in to play the leads in an upcoming show on &TV which is produced by Zee Studios. The show is tentatively titled ‘Maharaja Agrasen’. We also reported that the makers are contemplating on changing the title of the show. One of the titles in consideration is ‘ Ghar Ek Mandir’.

India Forums has exclusively learned that renowned actors like Sai Ballal and Archana Mittal have been roped in to play pivotal roles in the show. Sai rose to fame with his stint in Colors’ Udaan while Archana is known for her performance in ‘Bin Kuch Kahe’.

We couldn’t connect with the actors for a comment.

For the uninitiated, earlier actor Ruslaan Mumtaz was finalized to play the male lead, but he couldn’t take it up due to the dates issue. He said, “I hadn’t been approached directly for this show. However, I can’t take up a TV show at the moment. I am currently shooting for a film, so my dates are not available till August 15. I can’t take up any other project, simultaneously.”

Sources tell us that the most of the actors are flying to Jaipur today and the shoot for the same will begin soon.
