Actress Akanksha Juneja, who is currently seen playing the role of Kanak Desai in Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2  feels that TV will always rule in the country. Talking about the web content, she says, "There is no denial in the fact that the web platform is the new trend and it has massive reach because of experimental content but there is also no denying the fact that TV will always rule be it any country. Be it the Indian Television industry or any other country, the most popular content/ shows come from TV productions - be it Friends, Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, Two and a Half Men, Shaktimaan, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Lucifer or any other.''

She adds, "Web is in boom because of its large canvas and the various content but Tv has its own charm. The audiences are fixed for Tv and it's never going to diminish as still there are homes where the source of entertainment is single screen TVs and they don't have internet and stuff. Many people say that the content on Tv is repetitive, people already know what is going to happen in the next episode but still, the audience waits for the next episode- that describes its stature.''

On being asked about how comfortable she is with bold scenes she says "There is nothing wrong in going bold for any show but it's the actor's call to go for it or not. If you ask me then I am not comfortable to go bold for any show or any amount of money." and she signs off.

Well, even after all this time, the debate around content on TV and the web, continues!
