Rohit Shetty gives the best befitting reply on North-South film comparison: Video

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty is known for his blockbuster films like Singham, Golmaal, Sooryavanshi and others. Apart from this Shetty is also known for his straight forward opinions and savage replies. Talking of which we have got our hands on a video of Rohit Shetty who has the perfect reply on the North-South film debate.

Rohit Shetty, Ranveer Singh and team Cirkus are currently on a promotional spree and while they were in conversation with Aaj Tak they were asked about the big scale South films. 

In the video, Ranveer Singh was asked about the South industry delivering hits after hits, on OTT and big screens as well so is he willing to work in the south industry if given a chance? To which Ranveer quickly answers, "Even we have the grandeur look right beside you(pointing at Rohit) , also I am already ding a south film with Shankar."

Later Rohit Shetty is asked, "The south films have larger than life magic but that is missing from the North industry why so?" To which the Singham director replied, 

"Humesha aisa lagta hai ki the grass is always greener the other side, so aisa nahi hai,  jo big scale directors hai 2 saal unhone pandemic jhela hai. Rohit Shetty ne comedy banayi hai ab Singham banayega."

He further added, "Pathaan ayegi, Fighter ayegi, Tiger zinda hai. Itne saal humne entertain kiya ek saal humara kharab kya gaya apne hi saath chod diya. "

Concluding his befitting reply Shetty said, "

Dekhi hogi apne 'Amar Akbar Anthony', 'Don', 'Sholay', 'Khiladi', dekhi hogi apne 'Hum Apke Hain Kaun', 'Maine Pyaar Kiya', 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum', dekhi hogi apne 'Singham', 'Sooryavnshi', 'Golmaal', dekhi hogi apne 'Munna Bhai MBBS', 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai' 'Hera Pheri', ek saal kharab gaya aur palti mar rahe ho app."

Lastly he said, "Sholay humne banayi, Mughal E Azam humne banayi Mother India humne banayi. Bura mat manyega madam par jab Jahaz mein chhed hota haina sabse pehle chuhe hi bhagte hai"

And then what the crowd just couldn't stop cheering to his savage reply.

Talking on the workfront, Rohit Shetty's Cirkus is all set to hit the big screens on 23rd December 2022. While he has also announced his Singham part three with lady cop in the cop universe Deepika Padukone.
