Rivalry with Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan? Ananya Panday breaks Silence

Bollywood is currently featuring a bunch of fresh faces foray into the world of movies. Starting with Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi's daughter, Janhvi Kapoor to Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter, Sara Ali Khan, these new packages of talent and beauty have already taken over the Internet. Besides, Chunky Panday and Bhavna Pandey's lovely daughter, Ananya Pandey too made her big debut with Student of the Year 2. 

With a bunch of new faces paving their way into the movies, constant comparisons amongst them are no shocker. The three divas are often pitted against each other and in a recent round of interviews, Ananya spoke about the same.

The 21-year-old Ananya spoke about her equation with Sara and Janhvi and says that while she would not call it a rivalry, it is good to have a competitive spirit.

"I wouldn’t say there is a rivalry, but it’s always good to have that competitive spirit. Whenever Sara, Janhvi and I meet each other, it’s extremely normal. Sara was in school with me and I have known Janhvi my entire life. We all are friends and working in the industry together. Everyone is doing so well in their respective spaces and there is work for everyone. I think it’s good to have that competitive spirit in general”, the Pati Patni Aur Woh actress asserted.

Besides, Ananya also shares a great friendship with Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan, and has expressed her wish of sharing screen space with Suhana and Shanya Kapoor. "Suhana is one of the most talented people I know. She is a great dancer, she sings, she does everything. I think she is amazing. I am really looking forward to her debut. Hopefully, the three of us (Shanaya, Suhana, and Ananya) can do something together. That will be my dream come true," she said in an interview with the Hindustan Times.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ananya is currently soaking in the success of Pati Patni Aur Woh and has Khaali Peeli alongside Ishaan Khattar next.
