Rishi Kapoor’s Health Deteriorates, Kapoor Family Tormented

Rishi Kapoor was in New York for a brief period of time for his cancer treatment. He had recovered successfully from the dreadful disease and returned back to India. However, it seems like his health is facing a relapse and he was rushed to a hospital in Delhi after he complained of health issues.

Rishi was soon discharged from the hospital in Delhi, and also published a statement on social media stating that it was just an infection and nothing serious. And, while he is in denial of his deteriorating health, he had to be rushed to the hospital yet again, in Mumbai.

In a recent statement, a source close to the Kapoor family has revealed that the veteran actor is acting stubborn, and his health concerns are adding to the family’s distress.

“He’s just being stubborn. This is adding to the family’s growing anxiety. Before a treatment procedural is decided on, he must accept that he’s unwell. Unfortunately, like the first time when the disease struck, he is not willing to accept the truth” a close source told Bollywood Hungama.

Besides, Rishi’s crumbling health has also obstructed his son Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding with Alia Bhatt. Reportedly, the wedding was supposed to take place this year, but owing to the veteran actor’s health concern, the wedding may have to wait for a while.
