Rishi Kapoor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni 'Thanks Everyone' For Sending Prayers!

Rishi Kapoor’s untimely death was a shock to the entire nation as he has finally started on his journey to heavenly adobe. Loved ones, friends, family, and fans are mourning the death of their beloved artist/Chintuji. 

Rishi’s beloved friends and fans have been sending wishes for his family and now his daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to her Instagram stories and shared gratitude for sending all the wishes in tough times. 

"Thank you everyone for prayers and thoughts", she wrote. She also shared a throwback picture comprising of Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, husband Bharat Sahni and herself which was clicked on the New Year's Eve of 2010.

Riddhima has stayed active on Twitter and has expressed she is missing her father too much post his demise. Earlier, Riddhima had posted a picture of her father and wished he could come back. She had also shared a picture of Rishi Kapoor with his mother and written that they have reunited in heaven.

Previously, Sadly, due to the lockdown, the veteran actor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni could not attend her funeral. She was in Delhi and could not receive permission to fly down to Mumbai. She was granted permission to travel by road and she, unfortunately, missed the funeral. Now, Riddhima is home by her mother Neetu Kapoor's side. 

In 2018, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer for the first time, following which the actor was in New York for nearly a year to undergo treatment. He returned to India in September 2019 after recovering.

However, the actor faced a cancer relapse and succumbed to death. Rishi is survived by his wife Neetu Kapoor and kids Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahani.
