Richa Chadha to uninstall Twitter app, says it is 'toxic'

Richa Chadha recently announced on Twitter that she will delete the microblogging app from her phone after realising it was draining her energy and is toxic.

'Deleting this app from my phone,' she wrote. It takes too much and is toxic. Bye.’

As soon as she posted this, comments began to pour in from all directions. Her fans have been leaving comments pleading with her not to leave the platform. While they agreed that it had an impact on her mental health, they asked her to stay. , ‘Please don't do this,’ one wrote. ‘There are very few sane voices on this platform’, another one added, ‘You can't do that ,there are people like me who love you so much.’

Richa is one B-town actress who has never been afraid to speak her mind. Despite having to deal with a slew of trolls, she has a large fan base.

In an interview with Etimes, Richa previously spoke about how she deals with all of the negativity and trolls on social media. "I really don’t care. The people who troll and spread negativity are cowards. It usually doesn’t affect me. The only time I react to them is when I want to make an example out of somebody or when I am stuck in a traffic jam.”

Richa is known for entertaining her fans with her PDA with beau Ali Fazal, in addition to taking a stand on important issues, expressing her views, and interacting with her fans. For their fans, the couple is a sight to behold.
