After becoming a mother, Neha Dhupia reevaluated her personal and professional objectives, just like the character she portrays in the short film Good Morning, trying to strike a balance between her duties.

The story of a single day in the life of Anagha, a multitasking woman facing numerous challenges at home and at work, is presented in the film Good Morning, which is produced by Guneet Monga's in-house film production company, Sikhya Entertainment, which has also produced notable films like The Lunchbox, Masaan, and Pagglait. Good Morning is a Mini Movie Festival entry directed by Jyoti Kapur Das, who also contributed to the film Bose Dead/Alive starring Rajkummar Rao.

The Plot

Good Morning portrays the journey of a woman and the challenges surrounding her. The attractive point of this plot is its relatability. Every female, working or not, who is married will feel every bit of it and will resonate with the protagonist.

Neha Dhupia knows her game

Neha Dhupia appears to be portraying herself in the role of a working mother. She enhances the character with her charismatic personality and magnetic aura. The change from her pajamas to a crisp saree keeps the plot rolling forward and elevates the main character energy

Other notable details

The background music is fairly captivating at times but can also be a bit excessive. When attempting to determine Neha's line of work, there is a certain bit of intrigue maintained, but it is also foreseeable. Other characters enhance the plot's drama and are excellent in their roles.

Verdict

Neha Dhupia is interwoven into Jyoyi Kapur Das' flawless script, and the story's relatability serves the craft and the artists' efforts all the justice.
