Renee Dhyani gets candid about her DEPRESSION & breakup with actor Lalit Bisht

Model turned actress Renee Dhyani who started her career by participating in MTV Roadies in currently seen in Zee TV show Ye Teri Galliyan recently opened about her battle with depression. In an interview with Bombay Times, the actress revealed it all about her ugly break up and how she is dealing with it for past one year. Renee blames her ex and actor Lalit Bisht as the cause of her bad mental health.

Speaking with Bombay Times the actress shared, "Initially, I couldn't understand what was happening to me. I would suddenly break into tears, throw things around and yell. I was not mentally healthy, and was also harming myself. I have been battling depression since a year now. It also led to facial paralysis. The left side of my face was affected and I lost confidence. For an actor, her face is the tool of expression. I would cover my left profile with my hair and stopped attending events. I also started avoiding scenes where I had to shout. I was constantly doing rounds of hospitals and was even admitted several times. The team of the show would call doctors, who would give me injections and I would be able to shoot only after that."

Further continuing about her health she revealed that she started dealing with hypertension syndrome and PCOD and that there were times when she had to call doctor at the middle of the night. She says that she still hasn't fully recovered from it.

Not just her struggle with depression, but Renee also shared about her sour relationship with actor Lalit Bisht. She shared, "I come across as this fiery and feisty girl, who won't take anything lying low. But I experienced a lot of pain because of my relationship. Lalit and I have known each other since our Delhi days and both of us are pahadis. We were friends and started dating while working on Kasam. His career did not shape up according to his expectations and I would always blame myself for it.

He would also blame me during our fights. I started having severe mood swings, and would start crying without a reason during the shoot. He never visited me when I was hospitalised. In fact, he was so self-centered that he didn't even want to know what was happening in my life. I guess, he needed space and I had to take care of myself.. That's when I decided to take charge of my life, and consulted a counsellor. I also ended my relationship around three months ago, to retain my sanity."

Well, depression certainly is one of the hard thing to recover from. All power to you girl, be strong.

people are saying salman killed people sleeping on road,What if Salman had killed a person walking on the road...it's not only case salman is charged for.I know he did some fine work to cover his mistakes but when that accident happened salman ran away from there and blamed his driver after 13 years for that crime which he never did...if salman is a good human then he never have done all these things...if u are a star that doesn't mean u can kill anyone...dont be a blind fan...support his qualities not his ill behaviour...think that killed man could be ur family member.

OMG y r u guys so negative. what wrong will he do if he is out of jail?? People r given punishment so they bcoome a good person and not repeat the same mistake like our teachers gave us at school. Salman is already suffering for the past 13 yrs he has already gotten his punishment and now he is a good human being! Do you think a good human being deserves to be punished? Not only him but lot of ppl will suffer if he goes to jail. So ppl lets not be so selfish with hate lets forgive him and let those be happy whose life depends upon him.
may the guy who died soul RIP but think about those who are still alive n need salman khan. If he goes to jail who knows the people he is helping end up on the street !! And who knows there wont b an accident !!

Confused and torn regarding the judgement. While I love Salman Khan a lot, I also think those who do a crime have got to do the time.

everything is acting he making everyone look like fools..
Salman if you have guts accept the crime instead of hiding like coward..and people who are talking about how great Salman is are blind!
So any famous B-town actor does crime will be forgiven according to our Indian judiciary system and poor people have to suffer this is ridiculous!!

Salman whatever happen it was a mistake nd not done deliberately but over here there are lots of politicians burocracts nd others whocommit pre planned crime but nobody makes such a big issue abt it nd nobody says that giving such cold blooded criminal punishment others will learn by it
Only to get publicity for them they r using salmans name there r so many cases in cold box why these ppl not interested to bring this cases in limelight only after u is to get themselves publicity in the mass after which their shop will run profit even these ppl r least bother abt the concern of the victim
