Dabangg 3

Bollywood films constantly land into political trouble and this time it was Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha’s Dabangg 3 which was roped into controversy.

A recent report suggested that religious group has demanded the Central Board of Film Certification refuse the certification for Dabangg 3 as they have claimed that the title song, Hud Hud Dabangg has hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindu community who have also degraded the image of sages.

Currently, Dabangg 3 is one of the most talked about films and fans can hardly contain their excitement for their favourite film. But, their excitement was soon destroyed as it landed into religious trouble, thanks to Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

The report from Times Now quote Sunil Ghanwat (organiser of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Maharashtra and Jharkhand States) who raised the question about the film by saying, "Sadhus have been shown dancing with Salman Khan in a hideous and objectionable manner. As a result, the religious sentiments of all Hindus have been hurt. The way in which Salman Khan has degraded Sages, will he dare to show Mulla-Maulavi or Father-Bishop dancing similarly?"

The whole conflict began with the song, Hud Hud Dabangg which portrays multiple sadhus jamming with an electric guitar behind Salman. Apart from that, the sadhus can also be seen performing Bollywood style and hip-hop which seems to inflict fatal blows over Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. And they found it very inappropriate as they said that it looked hideous and as a result, the Hindu community are hurt to see the portrayal of the sages who are treated as godmen in India.

nonsense, just another organization looking to cash on the fame. There have been no.of movies where sadhus have been showed dancing not just in Hindi but other regional languages, no one raised a concern about them prior - heck! in some of the movies even hero is shown as a Sadhu & dancing in obscene way - at times it shown as a humorous manner while at times in a tragedy. Just because one producer bucked down, they've seen it a chance to get fame & money. And I won't go into @Cshafkat's comments, he knows the reason for it.

Why do hindus get triggered so quickly? I mean look carefully. Almost every patriotic film has a Muslim villain who is shown to be a terrorist. Pukaar, Uri, Holiday, Baby, Commando 3, Zameen, Bajirao Mastani, Vishwaroop, Batla House, Tiger Zinda Hai, Panipat and the list goes on. Where is all the outrage when that happens? If they're okay with that, then they shouldn't have a problem with sadhus being shown dancing like animals.

Hindus are full of hypocrisy. They love it when Muslims are shown as terrorists in movies. They also love it when Hindu mobs force Muslims to chant "jai shree ram" and lynch them when they refuse. They rejoice when Yogi Adityanath orders his followers to dig up the dead bodies of Muslim women and rape them. They love it when Kashmir is cut off from the rest of the world and the people are oppressed but when a Hindu is shown as a villain in a movie or shown dancing to songs like animals, their asses are on fire. Look at the double standards. It's just laughable.
