Ray trailer: Netflix anthology looks like a promising master piece with the likes of Manoj Bajpayee & company

Netflix has brought yet another anthology to its viewers with Ray. The trailer released just earlier today and it has been trending all over social media. Slated for a release on June 25, the trailer of Ray features the finest bunch of actors. The cast of Ray include names like Manoj Bajpayee, Ali Fazal, Kay Kay Menon, Harshvarrdhan Kapoor, Gajraj Rao, Shweta Basu Prasad, Anindita Bose, Bidita Bag, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Radhika Madan, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor.

In 4 stories, Ray narrates tales inspired by the legendary Satayjit Ray, and each story has its own characteristic. We have the first from Ali Fazal, who plays a man that has a memory with which he never forgets, and then Harshvarrdhan's role of a Bollywood superstar followed by Kay Kay Menon as someone who has a flair for being a makeup artist while Bajpayee is a forgotten, but celebrated Ghazal singer. 

Through the trailer, we see what happens when all the success that they have does not take off but falls apart. That journey, is what we see through these four stories, titled Hungama Hai Kyon Barpa, Forget Me Not, Bahrupiya, and Spotlight, respectively.

With amazing production quality, great actors, and stories that have a contemporary touch to them but are classic stories, this looks like another success to us already.
