Rasode mein kon tha trend is back and I am so happy, I feel blessed: Rupal Patel

Television's popular jodi Rupal Patel and Giaa Manek, known for their characters of Kokilaben and Gopi are seen back on screens as Mithila and Gopika bahu in Star Bharat's Tera Mera Saath Rahe. Not only the characters, but also the scene from their previous show Rasode Mein Kaun Tha has recently gone viral.

The same viral scene was recently seen in Tera Mera Sath Rahe. The new promo from Tera Mera Saath Rahe has a hilarious scene during a Ganapati celebration episode. The scene features Gopika (played by Gia Manek) and others from the Modi family as they gear up to offer modaks to Lord Ganesha and pray for the well-being of their family. Just as the platter of offerings is opened, it looks like modaks have been replaced by momos.

Talking about the scene, Rupal Patel told India Forums, "The famous Rasode mein kon tha trend is back and I am so happy I feel blessed...it's God's grace on me that whatever I do audience appreciate and love it and help in making it viral...so I feel truly blessed. As I said I feel very happy and blessed and I feel content that my hard work is recognized by the audience and they give unconditional love is something that's great so I request the audience to continue to give me this love in the future also. As an artist it is always everyone's dream to perform such strong characters and I I blessed whatever serials and shows I have done I have always had the opportunity of playing strong headed characters so I am truly enjoying playing Mithila and I am thankful to Star Network, Star Bharat and Ved Raj for giving me this opportunity."

After featuring in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Gia Manek and Rupal Patel, who played the daughter-in-law and mother-in-law duo, have reunited for the Star Bharat show. The show also features actors like Nitin Vakharia, Hitesh Sampat, Nazim Khilji, Pooja Kava, Jyoti Mukerji, Raj Kumar, and Minal Karpes.
