The young and talented Rashmi Agdekar has marked her place in the hearts of her audience with both her performance and personality. Rashmi Agdekar is content-driven when it comes to her work and recently revealed her favorite director.
Rashmi Agdekar started her acting career in 2017, in the web series “Dev DD” and played the lead role in the MX player web series “I’mMature” which was critically acclaimed. She also made her debut in Bollywood with the film “Andhadhun” alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.
When asked to name her favorite director in Bollywood, Rashmi Agdekar said in a statement shared with us:
“ I would love to work with Zoya Akhtar, I haven't met her yet but I hope someday. Her movies have great detailing and interesting arcs for their characters while severing a bigger purpose to the story. My favorite movie directed by her is 'Dil Dhadakne Do'."
In her summary of Zoya Akhtar's films, Rashmi Agdekar says:
“Zoya Akhtar's movies deal with human emotions, needs, aspirations, and the unspoken class difference which makes them so relatable. Her movies are much more than the main plot and its protagonist. Everyone can take away something from them."
