Ranveer Singh visits the sets of Race 3

Starring Salman Khan in the lead, the team has already started shooting for the film.

Looks like Ranveer Singh brought some fun time on the sets of the action-thriller film, Race 3.

Ramesh Taurani, one of the close friends of Salman Khan who is also producing the film with him took to his Twitter account to share the photo of him with Salman, Ranveer Singh, and Remo Dsouza and captioned it as, "@RanveersinghOfficial visits the set of Race bringing with him a riot of laughter always @BeingSalmanKhan @remodsouza @tipsofficial #FriendsOfRace #Race3 #Eid2018" (Sic).

The film is being directed by Remo D'Souza and produced under Tips Films & Salman Khan films. It is the sequel to the 2013 film Race 2 and the third instalment of the Race film series.

The previous 2 films of the franchise have been a multi-starer film and so is the third one. However, Race 2 didn't do that great at the box-office but, Race received positive reviews from the audience and critics as well. The previous 2 films had Saif Ali Khan in the lead role but, the makers

replaced him with Salman.

Apparently, Shah Rukh Khan was also offered a negative role in Race 3 but he turned down the role reportedly, from lack of interest in playing another villain. It was also reported that Deepika Padukone had been approached for a role but she turned it down and then Daisy Shah was taken on board.

So, apart from Salman Jacqueline Fernandez and Bobby Deol will also be seen in the lead role. Apart from them, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Amrita Puri, Freddy Daruwala and Pooja Hegde are also a part of the film.

The film is slated to release in Eid 2018 and interestingly it will be clashing with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Fanney Khan.
