Ranveer Singh to step into Shah Rukh's shoes, REPLACES him in Don 3?

Ranveer Singh is on a professional roll if we may say so. With three consecutive hits in two years, Ranveer is the most bankable actor in Bollywood now. Speaking of his last three movies, Singh has mastered the art of versatility as he played a ruthless turkey invader in Padmaavat, then a smashing police officer in Simmba and an ambitious boy in Gully Boy.

Literally you can throw a character on Ranveer Singh and he will bring it out the best in it for you. Well, looks like impressed by his acting skills, the makers of Don 3 have opted for Ranveer Singh as King Khan Shah Rukh Khan has apparently walked out from this project.

A report in Mumbai Mirror revealed, "Khan has opted out of Don 3 for personal reasons and the Zoya Akhtar production franchise is still in the works, but with Khan bowing out, she is left without the main lead. We hear she has approached her favorite actor Ranveer Singh for Khan's spot and the two are still in talks".

Zoya Akhtar and Ranveer Singh have previously collaborated for two films - Dil Dhadakne Do and Guly Boy and both of them were a commercial hit at the box office. If Ranveer gets on board for this project, Don 3 will be touted as the highly anticipated films because of Zoya and Ranveer's deadly combination.
