After months of legal battles stemming from the India's Got Latent controversy, Ranveer Allahbadia, better known as BeerBiceps on social media, has finally flown out of India. On Monday, the Supreme Court ordered the police to return his passport, following confirmation from the Assam and Maharashtra governments that investigations against him had been completed.

A cheerful Ranveer celebrated the news with a post on Instagram, showcasing a photo of himself posing with a black suitcase. "Passport mil gaya guys," he captioned the image, much to the delight of his fans.

Fans were thrilled to see Ranveer back on the road after a long hiatus, showering him with well wishes and encouragement. One fan wrote, "Good, this break is utmost needed," while another expressed, "This is amazing. May god give you strength and power."

In March, Ranveer had requested the return of his passport, citing his need for extensive travel, particularly for interviewing guests for his popular show, The Ranveer Show. The Supreme Court bench, consisting of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh, instructed Ranveer to approach the Maharashtra Cyber Crime Bureau, where his passport was deposited. They also directed him to fully cooperate with the authorities until the charge sheet is filed.

It is stated by Solicitor General Tushar Mehta that the investigation in both states — Assam and Maharashtra — concerning the petitioner (Ranveer Allahbadia) is complete. Consequently, we allow the petitioner to apply to the Maharashtra Cyber Crime Bureau for release of his passport. Upon such application, the passport shall be released on reasonable terms and conditions as required to be complied with

The court also clarified that the Cyber Crime Bureau could set reasonable conditions for the passport's release.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court had granted Ranveer "interim protection," shielding him from arrest over controversial comments he made on Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent. He was allowed to resume posting episodes of The Ranveer Show on March 3, under the condition of maintaining "morality and decency." Ranveer had publicly apologized twice for his remarks before being permitted to restart his online series.
