Be it Ranbir and Alia's fans or their friends and family members, no one can keep calm as the moment as finally arrived when they can be pronounced as husband and wife. The couple tied the knot today in an intimate ceremony with only closes friends and relatives in attendance.

Alia Bhatt took to her social media and announced her marriage to Ranbir with a slew of dreamy pictures. As soon as she posted the pictures, wishes and blessings started to flood in for the newlyweds.

Amongst the fraternity friends was Anushka Sharma and others. She took to her Instagram stories and while sharing a picture of the newlyweds she penned, "Heart is so full. Wishing you and Ranbir a beautiful journey together filled with love that oozes in these pictures for the rest of your lives." Sara Ali Khan wrote, Wishing you and Ranbir a lifetime of happiness, joy, peace, laughter, togetherness and abundance. Say happy and blessed."

Janhvi Kapoor also took to her social media and wrote, "a fairy tale!! so happy for you both and wishing both of you a lifetime of love and light in abundance. Heart is so full. Alia Bhatt you make the most beautiful radiant bride." Ananya Panday shared a lovely picture and mentioned "biggest love for you two always." Parineeti Chopra penned, "Congrats lovers, all my love and hugs." Kiara Advani also penned a lovely note that read, "Congratulations Alia Bhatt and Ranbir. Wishing you a lifetime of love and togetherness."

Many other people from the industry wished the couple. Anil Kapoor penned a very lovely note that read, "Congratulations to the newly weds. Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness.
