Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt not getting married: Kapoor Family Member Confirms

A few days ago, Neetu Kapoor's video dancing to son Ranbir's Ghagra song from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. In no time, fans started wondering if Neetu was rehearsing for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding.

Ranbir and Alia have been dating each other for quite some time now. The duo has not stepped away from showing off their love on social media, which is a delight for all their fans. Many rumours of their wedding have also surfaced, however, it looks like the wedding will have to wait. 

A member of the Kapoor family has confirmed that Ranbir and Alia are not getting married anytime soon.  

“There will be no wedding this year, and maybe not next year either. He (Rishi Kapoor) passed away in April. So there’s absolutely no question of a wedding until the middle of 2021….Unless they (Ranbir-Alia) express a desire to make it legal any time soon. In which case Ranbir’s mom (Neetu Kapoor) will have no objection to the wedding. But neither Ranbir Kapoor nor Alia Bhatt is currently thinking of marriage" a close family member told Bollywood Hungama.

The family member adds that Neetuji just loves to dance and the rumoured marriage is off the mark.  “They have to be ready to take the plunge,” says the source.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen together for the first time on screen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra.
