Ranbir Kapoor is generating ripples amongst the audience with the debut of the trailer for his most highly anticipated film, "Ramayana." It appears that not only the audience but also his daughter, Raha, is captivated by the narrative of Ramayana.

Ranbir Kapoor reveals Raha’s reaction to Ramayana

Ranbir Kapoor has shared insights regarding his daughter Raha's fascination with Ramayana. Ranbir recently recounted how, subsequent to filming for Nitesh Tiwari's "Ramayana," he would return to his home and recount tales from the epic to his daughter, who would then inquire whether he had filmed scenes with Hanuman or Sita on that particular day.

At the recently held teaser launch in LA, Ranbir told AP, "I was extremely blessed to have this opportunity, which coincided with the time I became a father. Just to go home, and my daughter is three and a half now, and on one side I'm going to work and playing Lord Ram, but I'm also going home and telling her stories about the Ramayana."

Ranbir reveals questions asked by Raha regarding Ramayana

"Just to see a three-and-a-half-year-old so engaged and asking, 'Did you shoot with Hanuman today? Did you shoot with Sita today? What did you shoot today?' She has so much interest in the story, which tells a lot. It's in our DNA. The culture is so seeped into our subconscious that the interest and the love come very naturally to us. We want that to appeal to a global audience, and sample something that we have believed for centuries and will continue to believe for centuries," the actor mentioned.

How Raha became the reason behind Ranbir playing Lord Rama

Interestingly, becoming a father to Raha significantly influenced Ranbir's decision to accept the role in Ramayana. Ranbir Kapoor revealed during the event that when Namit initially offered him the part approximately four years ago, his immediate response was, "No," as he felt inadequate and incapable of doing the role justice. However, his apprehension shifted upon becoming a father to Raha, prompting him to recognize the necessity of altering his lifestyle.
