Rakshabandhan: Vishal Pandey says, “My sisters have been with me through my darkest days”

The festival celebrating the bond of brother and sister is finally here. Rakshabandhan is the ideal occasion to make your sibling feel love and care. People all over the world will have festivities on August 11. On this festival of Raksha Bandhan, actor Vishal Pandey celebrated the festival with sister Neha Pandey and his cousins.

Vishal, along with his sisters were seen engaging in the traditional rituals where Neha and their cousin tying Vishal, Rakhis, and in return the latter presented his sisters with gifts. When asked about the festival Vishal said, “Festivals are always pleasant in our country and I’m so blessed that I live with my family here in Mumbai and I get to celebrate the festivals with them. Rakshabandhan is always so special for me as we all know that I and my sister Neha and my cousin sister we all are extremely close"

There had been times in my life where I had no direction and it was a dark time and I was slipping the wrong way but my sisters were the ones who were there through my dark days, never leaving my side and I am blessed and grateful to have them.

He added, "Yes, we fight like anything but the truth is that I can’t do without them. They are my bedrock. Vishal Pandey, recently shared the screen space with Aamir Khan recreating the famous ‘Masti Ki Patshala’ hook step which went viral on the internet while promoting the movie Laal Singh Chaddha.
