We celebrate the auspicious bond between brother and sister on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. This beautiful bond is an amalgamation of love, support, care and a lot of fights as well.
Raksha Bandhan is one of those festivals which is always wrapped in the naughty smiles of brothers and sisters. While there is no one who is left untouched from the ardor of this festival, how can celebrities stay distant. Our Television celebrities too made sure they spent some precious time bonding with their siblings, tying rakhis and exchanging gifts.
Even today, if I ever lose confidence or feel unsure of myself or my career, my siblings are the ones that makes me believe in myself again. I am truly blessed to have them in my life and like every year, I plan to do something special for them this Rakshabandhan as well.- Ashi Singh
India Forums got in touch with actress Ashi Singh of Zee TV show ‘Meet’ and she shared her thoughts on the festival. She said, “Rakshabandhan, for me, is a day that I dedicate to my brothers and sisters and I feel I’m really lucky to have such wonderful siblings in my life. It is truly a special day for us to celebrate our relationship and every year, we end up having a gala time together and growing even more closer to one another. In fact, my youngest sister - Kashish has also turned into my best friend”.
She added, “Having said that, both of my sisters and my brother have always supported me in everything throughout my life and they've taught me and guided me through several tough phases of my life. Even today, if I ever lose confidence or feel unsure of myself or my career, my siblings are the ones that makes me believe in myself again. I am truly blessed to have them in my life and like every year, I plan to do something special for them this Rakshabandhan as well.”
Here's wishing Happy Rakshabandhan to all the readers of India Forums!
