Rajkummar Rao's latest film, "Srikanth," is gaining momentum at the Indian box office, especially on its third day of release. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has amassed a commendable collection of over Rs 11 crore within just three days, indicating a promising trend in its performance.

Reportedly, "Srikanth" grossed Rs 2.25 crore on its opening day, followed by Rs 4.2 crore on the second day. On its third day, the film is estimated to have raked in Rs 5.5 crore nett across India. Cumulatively, "Srikanth" has now accumulated earnings of Rs 11.95 crore. Notably, the film enjoyed a 25.59 percent occupancy rate in Hindi on Sunday.

The movie, which hit screens on May 10, features Rajkummar Rao portraying the character of Srikanth Bolla, the determined industrialist who overcame visual impairment to establish Bollant Industries. Alongside Rao, the film stars Alaya F, Jyotika, and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles.

"Srikanth" stands out as a testament to the potential of low-budget films, banking on its compelling storyline to captivate audiences, reminiscent of the success achieved by last year's sleeper hit, "12th Fail," also a biographical drama. However, "Srikanth" has surpassed expectations, exceeding the performance of its predecessor thus far.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani, "Srikanth" is resonating with the masses for its inspiring narrative and remarkable performances. Rajkummar Rao's portrayal of Srikanth Bolla has particularly struck a chord with viewers, earning widespread acclaim for its authenticity and depth.

As the film continues to attract audiences and garner positive word-of-mouth, it's evident that "Srikanth" is on a path to success.
