R Madhavan's 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' is all set to premiere at Cannes Film festival

It's time for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect to put India on the international film map! R Madhavan's much-anticipated directorial debut, biographical drama Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, will have its World Premiere during the 75th Cannes Film Festival, bringing the iconic ISRO space scientist Nambi Narayanan to the international stage, where it richly deserves to be viewed. 

The beginning of the festival custom is especially noteworthy this year since it coincides with the 75th anniversary of India's independence. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect will have its Red Carpet World Premiere at the prestigious venue, thanks to India's Ministry of Culture.

R Madhavan, an actor-turned-filmmaker, plays the titular Indian scientist, Nambi Narayanan, a former ISRO scientist, an aerospace engineer, and also directed, produced, and wrote the film. R Madhavan stated about the international premiere of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect at the Cannes Film Festival.

Madhvan said, "I'm in a fog. I've only just begun to tell the story of Nambi Narayanan, and I can't believe what's going on. We've waited a long time by God's grace, and I'm glad and excited to see all of the positive developments for the film. My nerves are making it impossible for me to breathe as a first-time director, and all I want to do is make India proud!"

The film tells the narrative of famous ISRO space scientist Nambi Narayan's struggle, determination, and victory, was shot concurrently in Hindi, Tamil, and English. Its WORLDWIDE theatrical premiere on July 1st will also include Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada versions.

The film was shot on a massive scale in India, France, Canada, Georgia, and Serbia. With a powerful ensemble star cast that includes Phyllis Logan, Vincent Riotta, and Ron Donachie, as well as special appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya, the film has a strong ensemble star cast.
