R Madhavan's 'Rocketry' team to be in Houston visiting Dr. Nambi Narayanan

R Madhavan, who marked his 52nd birthday on June 1st, will next play Nambi Narayanan, a celebrated aerospace engineer from ISRO, in his upcoming biopic Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. With his much anticipated film, the Rehna Hai Tere Dil Main actor will also be taking the reins of director.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect had its world debut on May 19 at the 75th Cannes Film Festival. R Madhavan, along with the Rocketry: The Nambi Effect team, attended the international premiere of his film.

Now the team is all set to meet Dr. Nambi Narayanan on whom the film is based today at Houston as per Madhavan's latest Instagram story. Maddy took to his Instagram story and shared a landscapic view of Houston and wrote,

"Team ROCKETRY🚀 at Houston tommorrow the 3rd of June with Dr. Nambi Narayanan🚀🚀"

Nambi is portrayed as a brilliant visionary in the teaser. His unique thinking drives him to reject mediocrity and seeks to import technologies from other countries in order to propel India's space projects to new heights. Later on, he is falsely accused of spying and called a traitor.

Rajit Kapur, Simran, Misha Ghoshal, Ravi Raghavendra, Muralidaran, Shyam Renganathan, and Karthik Kumar play supporting parts in the film. 

In addition, Shah Rukh Khan will appear in both the Hindi and English versions of the drama, while Suriya will appear in the other versions in a cameo.

The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and English languages. It is scheduled for release on July 1, 2022
