"Vegetable Soup is my quick cheap healthy meal" : Digangana Suryavanshi

As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their figure, but they never miss a chance to have lots and lots of food whenever they get a chance. Our Telly celebs love to be known as a foodie. One such big time food lover is beautiful Digangana Suryavanshi, who is loved as Veera in Star Plus popular show Veera.

Are you a foodie?

Not at all, I am a pure vegetarian so I really don't try out different things as I am bad in tasting food items. I am very selective about what I eat.

Which is your most preferred cuisine?

I like all kinds of food items especially Indian spicy food.

Your favorite mouth-watering dish?

I don't know what exactly it is called, it is a Gujarati dish, white in color and spongy as well as sweet in taste. It is made up of milk. I don't know what it is called but it is very delicious.

Which restaurant do you prefer the most?

I love eating at Taj Hotel. I think the best part about Taj or even Oberoi Hotel is that you have a person playing piano so you can even come for a cup of tea and enjoy the stuff plus the add on is it is located near Marine drive. Otherwise I also enjoy eating food on the beaches.

Do you like spending time in the kitchen?

I am not really a good cook but yes I like cooking. I know to cook basic like rice and all; my rotis are never round (smiles). I am very careless about cooking.

Your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

Few years back I searched a recipe of pan cakes. My mom was worried that I will screw the kitchen. I prepared the dish well, it was not really messed up and was clean but in the recipe it was written that the proportion needed is a pinch of salt and four spoon of sugar and what I did was I added a pinch of sugar and four spoons of salt, it is a very funny incident. It was round and nicely cooked but when I ate it I felt that how can I make such a mistake.

Healthy Vegetable Soup.

If you would have to take a celebrity for a dinner date then who would it be?

I am a huge fan and admirer of Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber. I would love to hang out with them.
