What does fitness means to you? What is idea of fitness?
Fitness for me is being confident. Here I mean to say is that, if you are fit it will be reflected in your appearance thus you will be confident about yourself.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I eat light and healthy food. I do yoga and sometimes I go to the gym.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am very conscious about my food choices. My weakness is chocolates and pastries, but I avoid them to remain fit.
Do you take protein supplements?
No, I don't take any protein supplements because they don't
suit my body.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
No, I am not specifically skilled at any sports, but I am very adventurous kind of a person and can participate in any sports.
