"It's a dream come true to dance with Shilpaji" - Karan Wahi

Television's cool hunk Karan Wahi who is the host of Nach Baliye season 6 is on cloud nine as the actor cum host is performing with his dream girl who is none other than the judge of the show Shilpa Shetty in the today's grand finale of the show. The actor also talks about his filmy career in conversation with TellyBuzz.

Karan is elated to perform with the beautiful actress Shilpa Shetty on the stage of Nach Baliye, "I was told by the production house that you'll be performing with Shilpa Shetty and I was pleasantly surprised. How could I leave this chance though the act is of few seconds only but I'm happy to dance with Shilpaji," he says.

The dashing actor who is busy shooting for the film says he had to juggle between the shoot of his film as well as the rehearsals for the show. However, he feels extremely lucky to perform with Shilpa Shetty this year on the stage as last year he couldn't dance with her, "I couldn't even get time to rehearse properly as I was busy with the shoot of my film. So I used to finish my shoot and then come for the Nach rehearsals.  It was taxing but at the same time it was a good fun too. I had been asking Shilpaji to dance last year too but had to manage with her picture. This time, I am feeling lucky to shake a leg with her even if it's for few seconds. May be next year, we both are going to have a proper duet song."

Talking about his costume, Karan elaborates, "It's a tapori kind of a costume though I've never worn any such thing but my dance required the same. Also with costume I had to match up with Shilpa's step who is a very good dancer. It was difficult for me but it's a dream come true."

When asked Karan about the upcoming film, he says, "Well, there is a Yash Raj film Dawat-e- Ishq. I can't talk much about it but yes I'm shooting for that film. Also there are few other projects lined up but please wait till the right time comes. I'll definitely let you know."
