Proud Moment for Bachchans as Navya Naveli Becomes Entrepreneur Amid Lockdown

Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda is unstoppable and is on to bigger and better things. The young diva who recently graduated from her college is scaling new heights and already has her career plans in place.

Recently, the whole Bachchan family was on cloud nine as Navya graduated and due to the Coronavirus lockdown since she didn't get to attend her College's graduation ceremony, the family made sure to give her a special convocation ceremony at home itself.

Mamu Abhishek Bachchan, mom Shweta Nanda along with Nanu Amitabh Bachchan shared heartwarming posts for her on the occasion.

Now, the Bachchans and the Nandas have one more reason to celebrate and be proud of Navya as she has turned an entrepreneur. Within days of graduating, she made sure to be financially independent and has launched a virtual healthcare platform Aara Health.

According to their page on social media, Aara Health is ‘a virtual healthcare platform for women that aims to empower, educate, and diagnose in a confidential, safe and reliable manner.’ Their mission is to encourage women to make empowered and educated health choices using Aara's safe, confidential, and scientifically reliable products. Navya Nanda is one of the four founders of Aara Health who have teamed up to solve a common problem.

Abhishek Bachchan and Navya’s mother Shweta Nanda took to their social media and congratulated her for the new venture. Not only this, her rumoured boyfriend Meezan Jaaferi too cheered for her venture.

Meanwhile, Shweta Nanda revealed in her post for Navya’s graduation that since Navya won’t be getting a ceremony for graduating, they decided to create one for her. “Class of 2020 - Navya finished college today and since she and everyone else graduating this year won’t get a ceremony we decided to DIY one. With a chart paper cap and a gown hand stitched from scraps of black tenting. I threw on a Fordham ( her college ) sweatshirt over my PJ’s!! Congratulations baby I love you and am proud of you! Go forth and conquer x ( I’m not crying you’re crying)"

On the other hand, Nanu (Maternal grandfather), Amitabh Bachchan too penned down a beautiful message for her.

"Grand daughter Navya .. the most important day in the life of a young student - Graduation Day .. ! She graduated from College in New York, but ceremony and presence got cancelled because of Corona and lockdown .. she could not go .. we too had all planned to be with her on this important occasion .. BUT .. she though wanted to wear that Graduation gown and Cap .. so staff stitched her an impromptu gown and cap .. and she wore it and celebrated at home in Jalsa .. So proud of you NAVYA .. god bless .. such a positive and happy attitude .. LOVE YOU"
