Proud moment for all of us as Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu won the Miss Universe title - Akanksha Puri

It’s a historical moment for all the Indian’s out there as Miss Sandhu becomes the third Indian to win the Miss Universe title. The same was won by two other Indian’s before. It was none other than Lara Dutta and the gorgeous Sushmita Sen.

Actress Akansha Puri who was lastly scened with singer Kaka in a music video was overjoyed as she comes to know that it is an Indian who has won the Miss Universe title.  She watched it live and shared her goosebump moment with us. She said, “I cannot tell you how happy I am knowing an Indian as won. It is a proud moment for all of us as Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu won the Miss Universe title. She made a dream come true for all Indians again after 21 years. I wish her all luck and success in the coming days.” 

Well, it is indeed a moment of joy and celebrations for all the Indians out there. This sweet gesture of Akanksha Puri is something her fans will really like and adore about!
