#PromoReview :With some new entries and strong storyline, Dil Hi Toh Hai Season 2 looks PROMISING!

Finally, the wait is over as Alt Balaji released the trailer of Dil Hi Toh Hai season 2. And we just can't keep calm.

As we know, the first season aired on Sony TV but later it was moved to Balaji Telefilm's digital platform. The second season of the series will stream from 2nd of February on Alt Balaji.

Introduction

From the promo, the show took 6 years leap, Paras Kalnawat is seen opening a door and looking at the house, he questions "what happened to this home?" While Rajeshwari Sachdev blames herself for separating Ritwik (Karan Kundrra) and Palak (Yogita Bihani). She asks Paras to bring Ritwik and Palak together. On the other hand, Palak has two kids and bumps into Ritwik after 6 years. Both of them are broken and furious at each other and are heading for divorce. However, the court asks them to live together for 15 days before granting their divorce plea.

What we liked?

The promo brings some freshness in the story with Paras Kalnawat's character. We loved new story-line where Ritwik and Palak are compelled to live together for 15 days. This new plot will again be a mix of fights and love. We liked the performance of both Karan Kundrra and Yogita Bihani.

What we didn't like?

The promo could have featured other characters, we only got a glimpse of Bijaya Anand. Talking about the kids' performance, again we didn't get to see much of them. From the promo, their characters seemed quite flat.

Verdict

Overall, we loved the promo. Unlike other dramas, the trailer of the show doesn't show the female lead as a damsel in distress. It looks promising and will surely keep the audience hooked.
