#PROMOREVIEW: Kinshuk Vaidya's Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki Tackles The Social Evil of Honor Killings!

Caste is the villain in Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki!

Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki

Upcoming And TV show Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki starring Kinshuk Vaidya and newbie Pranali Singh is on the lines of Marathi blockbuster film Sairat which was remade in Bollywood as Dhadak. Suman (Pranali Singh) and Badal’s (Kinshuk Vaidya) story though is a little different but the plot of the entire show is same. The show will deal with the subject of honor killing and caste discrimination.

Recently the makers released the promo of the show and here is a small analysis…

What is the promo about?

The show has taken cues from Sairat and Dhadak and it clearly shows in the promo. The promo introduces the lovebirds as college students who are head over heels in love with each other. As the promo progresses we are introduced to the girl’s father who along with other people of their village are beating up a lad due to caste discrimination. The scene frightens Suman and Badal.

What we liked?

Kinshuk and Pranali make for a good and fresh pair and their chemistry should work for the show. The cinematography seems beautiful and it may attract a lot of youngsters as it has the youthful feel to it.

What we didn’t like?

The makers may be should have used a different background music as it will keep reminding them of Sairat and Dhadak. Also we hope the scenes and shots are not repeated from the films.

Verdict:

If you loved Sairat and Dhadak you can sure watch this one to see what different they will do in the show. The interesting chemistry of Kinshuk and Pranali is also something you can look forward to.
