Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas to Turn Parents Soon? Priyanka Drops a Hint!

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have happily clocked one year of marriage after tieing the knot in December 2018. The lovebirds had a beautiful destination wedding in Jodhpur, post which they exchanged wedding vows as per Hindu and Christian rituals at the Umaid Bhavan Palace. Their post-wedding celebrations included two grand receptions - one in Delhi and another in Mumbai. 

Priyanka and Nick come from different spheres of work and are busy excelling in their individual careers. Apart from their professional life, the couple has been quite vocal about their personal life as well and keep their fans updated with pictures from time to time on their social media. 

Talking about parenthood, PeeCee reveals that having a child with husband Nick is on her plan, and it is definitely something she wants to do.

Priyanka appeared on the May cover of UK’s Tatler magazine and spilled some secrets about Nick, marriage, parenthood and more. “Right now, this year’s really packed for me in terms of the work that I’m doing and the work that I’ve taken on,” she said. “But having a family is very important to me and it always has been. It is something that I definitely want to do and I’m hoping that whenever God wills it, at the right, opportune time, it’ll happen.”

The 37-year-old actress also revealed how her grandmother used to always tell her parents  “Who’s going to marry her? She can’t cook.” “All my mother’s sisters were academics and my dad was a free-thinking creative, a musician and an artist, as well as a surgeon. My grandmother – my dad’s mum – always used to say, about me, ‘Who’s going to marry her? She can’t cook.’ And my dad would say, ‘I’ll send a cook with her. She never needs to go into the kitchen’ Priyanka shared.

Meanwhile, Priyanka and Nick are currently in self-isolation in the US owing to the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide. The number of cases crossed a staggering 100000 on Friday, while in India, over 800 cases have been reported.
