Priyanka Chopra resumes filming for Citadel after welcoming her baby girl home

Priyanka Chopra recently took to her Instagram stories and shared a picture hinting fans that she is resuming shooting for her upcoming series after welcoming her baby girl home.

After welcoming their baby girl in January this year, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas recently shared her first fleeting glance on Instagram. After 100 days in the NICU, the husband and wife disclosed that their kid had finally returned home. 

Chopra returned to work after embracing her baby home and shared a new story to give a sneak peek of the same. Priyanka took to Instagram to share a photo of herself in a stunning red gown with the caption "Back to work" and the hashtag for her upcoming show Citadel.

The actress wrapped filming for her Amazon series in December of last year, calling it the most demanding year of her career while also hinting that fans will be rewarded. "It could not have been possible without this incredible bunch of people," Priyanka said in a series of photos she shared with the show's crew at the time.

Pee Cee's new Instagram story photo suggests she's getting ready for the series' promotion. While a release date for the show has yet to be announced, it is expected to premiere in 2022. 

The plot of the action-packed series has been swept under the rug, so fans have been anticipating the release of the series' first trailer.

Citadel is a spy series produced by the Russo Brothers and starring Priyanka Chopra and Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden. The flagship series of Citadel, featuring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Gere, will premiere first. The regional series of the tv series will be introduced later. Raj and DK of The Family Man fame will direct the Indian series.
